Geek Blog – Ultimate Lego Lightsaber Battle
I’m not sure if this is supposed to be The Force Unleashed, or not, but it’s pretty cool, nonetheless.
Thank you, xxxfancypantsxxx, for a great stop-motion Lego video!

Geek Blog – Awesome Snowball Fight
I’m not sure whether to laugh, cry, or drop to my knees and get religious.
Either way, they both throw like girls.

Geek Blog – Yeah, I Like WoW
This song has been making the inter-meme rounds lately and I found a WoW-related one that is pretty darn decent.

Geek Blog – Mario Invades Rock Band
I had no idea it was possible to write your own Rock Band ports. I figured it was conceivable, but didn’t realize people did it. I strongly doubt these tracks will land on the Rock Band DLC list anytime in the near (ever) future, but they’re awesome, nonetheless. The slide theme gets going faster than I can imagine my fingers capable of moving. And the bass hits in the second video are rapid and punchy. More after the jump.

Geek Blog – Mario and Sonic: the Awkward
Collegehumor is well known for its original, funny video content. They do not disappoint with the following: successful Mario bumps into an old, struggling friend.
GeekWife’s Blog – My Favorite Game of All Time: Tetris
Posted by GeekWife in Games, GeekWife Blog on January 30th, 2010
This being my first-ever post as the GeekWife I figured I would start with an old passion and pastime of mine: Tetris. I can’t tell you whether it was the NES or the GameBoy that introduced me to this classic but I can tell you that I dedicated many hours of my life to mastering this game.
While Stumbling yesterday, I came across this Tetris/Mario Bros mash-up:
The tricky part of this game at first was figuring out the controls (mainly jump, which is ’s’ and ‘x’) seconded by having to avoid becoming Goomba food at the end.
After spending some time and frustration on that game, and at the recommendation of SnowytheGeek himself, I was introduced to this gem:
All I can say is “wow”.
Enjoy the games!

Geek Blog – Final Fantasy + Music Video = Win
I’m not entirely sure what drove me to dredge the interwebs’ series of tubes for “Final Fantasy Music Video” this morning, but I pulled up some real gems. In addition to the two singles that came from the under-valued FFX-2 (Real Emotion and 1000 Words) by Koda Kumi, but also some more modern tracks that go hand in hand with choice cut scenes from the Final Fantasy series. Here we have Clay Aiken’s “The Way” which I’ll dedicate to my lovely Geek Wife. Bon Jovi’s “It’s My Life”, Mariah Carey’s “Bye Bye” and the two FFX-2 singles are below the jump.
